Welcome to Discover Canada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discover Canada website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Booking Process

Through our Services, you may book travel services provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract with the relevant supplier, not with Discover Canada. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the supplier.

2.2 Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount specified for your booking.

2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier. Please review the specific terms and conditions for each booking before confirming your reservation. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with cancellations and refund requests, but the final decision rests with the supplier.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Discover Canada or our content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy any materials from our Services
• Use any materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our Services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3.3 User Content

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

4.2 Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Discover Canada. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DISCOVER CANADA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Discover Canada, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Discover Canada regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our Services.
